You Can’t Adult If You’re Sick

When people think of “adulting,” they think about getting a job and paying bills. If a person has the flu or even a miserable cold, they are unable to perform their adulting duties to the best of their abilities. Germs are everywhere, especially in a college dorm room. These are some tips to minimize the risk of getting sick.

  1. Wash your hands often:
       Like I mentioned earlier.. Germs!
  2. Get a good night’s sleep:
        Pulling all-nighters studying every week will definitely hurt your immune system.
  3. Eat more than ramen and junk food:
          Fruits, like oranges, are a great source of vitamin-c, which can help your immune system. If you feel a cold coming on, Emergen-C could also help.

Getting sick in college is common, but these tips will help you prevent missing classes and the college experience!
