The city of Madison is well-known for being the state capital of Wisconsin. Its capitol building is as equally well-known. However, there is another Capitol to be aware of…actually, make that Capitols…the Madison Capitols, our very own United States Hockey League team!
Madison Capitols games offer an inexpensive and fresh way for students to have fun. Tickets are cheap, the food and drinks are delicious, and the games are exhilarating. The team previously played at the Alliant Energy Center, but moved to Bob Suter’s Capitol Ice Arena in Middleton to provide fans with a more intimate and engaging setting. Capitols games have something for everyone: competition, excitement, socializing, and more.
The arena is being remodeled this offseason to come back even better than before. Seven new suites are being added, along with a beer garden and new general seating. So whether you want to ball out and rent a suite with you and your friends, or buy a seat right on the glass and scream at the opposing team’s players, the Capitols have you covered.
For information about the season schedule and ticket options, visit the Capitols’ website: https://www.madcapshockey.com .
If you are 21, grab a beer. If you are under 21, grab a soda. No matter your age, grab a seat at a Capitols game and have a fun night out!
