There, you’ll find fun for all ages so be sure to bring your family and friends. Here are my top three reasons for choosing the Wilderness Resort as my favorite Winter Break destination:
- The Hurricane
This multi-person raft ride is no doubt one of the most adrenaline-pumping and thrilling waterslides ever. You’re in complete darkness at the beginning, and then a sudden drop leaves you wondering what just happened. You then spin around in circles a couple of times before making a final drop out of the waterslide.
- The Black Hole
This is an extremely thrilling waterslide for individuals. As soon as you enter the slide, you’re in complete darkness. Then, you’re in a lit area where you experience several sharp spins before making your way back into darkness until the end.
- The Great Wave
This huge indoor wave pool ought to get your spirits up. My favorite part about it is that it’s located under a see-through roof and receives sunlight year-round, so don’t forget your sunscreen!
